The country is very much wanting to improve their economic status, for the entire region and the people living and working in all of the industries, including the service industries of the restaurants and the Luxury hotels. Jarkarta has many options for travel, throughout the city, for great shopping, and for incredible cuisine..  In Jakarta, restaurants of a more fine dining atmosphere are being built in hopes of attracting business.  One such restaurant is the Steak House.  They are practicing there, what famous steak houses in the United States such as Ruth’s Chris and the Chop House, which is the dry aging of their steak.

This process serves to tenderize the meat, and make it much more flavorful.  They are going all out in attempts to attract diners, the company in which they purchase their products from raises the cows free-range, and organic.  They are not injected with hormones and they are fed organic corn instead of grass.  The raw meat is sealed in Cryovac wrappings.  Once they are wrapped they are put into refrigerators and remain there for twenty-one days without being disturbed.  The breakdown of the enzymes serves to make the meat much more tender.  The restaurant offers many new dishes now, using this aged beef.  So when traveling through Jakarta, if you get the urge to splurge, this is a great restaurant to check out, the service is incredible and the other items on the menu are equally delicious.
