Singapore is one of the most exciting places to visit, and in recent years has had an influx of visitors, making it one of the hotspots for savvy travelers.  There’s a lot to see here.  It has a very rich urban culture, with a very lively visual art scene, excellent club culture, and a polished performing arts scene.  The diversity of the place helps to contribute to all of these unique human creations, and there’s no other place like it on earth.  It has the kind of individuality that is immensely suitable for a boutique hotel.  Singapore has something to offer everyone, and it speaks particularly to those who have a unique sensibility, connected to a global culture but with refined tastes that cannot be compromised.

Our hotels speak to the sensibilities of the place, offering a decor and service that blends the best of old-fashioned manners and hospitality with the most recent innovations in accommodation, to give you a taste of the true Singapore.  You’ll be delighted at the rest and rejuvenation our hotels will offer, and this is a magnificent state of mind to enjoy while you see some of the exciting things Singapore has to offer.  One of the most inviting places, surely, is Esplanade, which hosts a dazzling number of performance spaces, and offers just about everything to suit every taste.  If you’re around in the summer months, be sure to catch at least part, if not all, of Baybeats.

This is Singapore’s largest festival for alternative music, and it’s spectacular.  The three-day event sees a stunning number of music acts, including local Singapore bands, and music from the U.S., Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia.  The Baybeats festival started in 2001, and features a wide variety of alternative music, from post-punk, to emo, to a solid showing for electronic music.  It’s an excellent way for the audiences to engage with many styles from all over the world, and is actually quite exciting for the bands as well.  This is the exact kind of local meets global event that can showcase Singapore for the world culture encounter that it truly is.
